Salmon and Steak Fries

Tonight, we had family over for dinner.  I love spending time in the kitchen, but since I usually have little time, everything gets drizzled with olive oil, covered in spices, and goes into the oven at 400 degrees.  I can then forget about it until the timer beeps.   Comes out perfectly every time and guests are usually pleased. At least they were tonight.

Wild Salmon from Whole Foods, with olive oil, lemon, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.

The only thing the oven is not good for is salad, which I had to make by hand.   Garlic Expressions in a bottle makes a great dressing.
